Plotting Change in temperature (delta T)

Hi,
I am wondering how to plot delta T for different time steps ( 5 minutes with 1 min time step) for a bioheat model. I want to consider temperature at 1 minute as my standard temperature and find delta for every minutes and plot it in COMSOL.
