Hi I am Getting Following error when I am trying to solve hetero phototransistor model in comsol

Undefined value found.
- Detail: Undefined value found in the stiffness matrix.
There are 5423 equations giving NaN/Inf in the matrix rows for the variable comp1.Ne2.
There are 5423 equations giving NaN/Inf in the matrix rows for the variable comp1.Ph2.
and similarly for the degrees of freedom, NaN/Inf in the matrix columns.
- Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol6/s1)
