Hi Purwin

Since the release of Comsol 4.0 we are always officially supporting the two most recent versions of Matlab. E.g. for Comsol 5.2 we are supporting Matlab 2015a and 2015b because these version of Matlab were the most recent ones at the time where we released Comsol 5.2.

COMSOL Multiphysics 5.0 is officially compatible with Matlab 2014a and 2014b, but older (and newer) versions may work as well. If you are having a problem I suggest you contact Comsol Support so we can have a look.
