How to build own 1-D semiconductor model?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I'm using school's COMSOL, and it doesn't have semiconductor model.

I could ask how to install semiconductor module, but I noticed that the semiconductor module uses stationary equation for conductivity equation.

So, I am going to use my own equation, which is time-dependent, attached to the file.
(My goal is to see time-dependent case of the p-i-n diode)

And I want to model 1-dimensional p-i-n diode, potential energy, carrier concentrations graphs.

But, How can I even start?
