Periodic holes in a metal film...showing error..please help

Hi

I have made a hole in a silver metal film. Holes are periodic in the metal film. I have applied Floquet boundary conditions. but I don't know what's the problem, I have tried all kind of meshing as well but still the simulation shows error. I have attached my mph file. I would be very thankful if you please can tell where I m doing wrong.
