what module do I need to do thermal expansion simulation?

Hi all,

I need to analyze the RF performance of microwave devices when it's thermally expanded. We have 'Heat transfer module' and 'RF module'. I couldn't find a way to do the simulation. Is any other module I need to do the analysis? Thanks!

Hi

you might need the ST structural or the MEMS module, to get the thermal exansion "alpha", depends a little how far you want to go, the best is to contact your local "rep" they can tell for sure
