How to input user-defined governing equations as Boundary Conditions

Hi,

I want to model the heat transfer taking place from a cylinder which is surrounded by fluid. The mass flow rate of the fluid is decreasing with time (That function is known to us). Also, the inside of the cylinder has a heat source which generates heat as a cosine function of the length of the cylinder (Q*cos(pi*z/l)). Can you please help me with how to proceed to model this problem?

Regards,

Pragyan
