Stress not 'transferring' to the screw

My simple model consists of two blocks connected by a plate fastened by a screw (a simple cylinder). I am applying an edge load on one of the blocks and examining the stress distribution generated in the plate and the screw. However, I fail to see any stress generation in the plate and the screw itself. Using COMSOL 4.4 Solid Mechanics module (solid)
