How to work with non-dimensional PDE in comsol 4?

I have trasformed a PDE into a non-dimensional pattern, but I don't know whether comsol can solve it. If it can, how to make it? Are there any example? Thanks.

Hi

what do you mean by nondoimensional (without units, all set to 1 ?)
if so its only a question of using the correct parameters, so then, if its a true BVP with the correct number of boundary definitions, and it fits into the category of the global or the coefficient PDE form of COMSOL then its should be solvable

Good luck
