Expression for eigenfrequencies

Hi,
I would like to use the first, second and third eigenfrequencies of a structure as variables in an optimization objective function.
The expression 'solid.freq' returns a table with a number of frequencies. How can I distinguish between those?
I would guess I am looking for something like: 'solid.freq(1)', 'solid.freq(2)', 'solid.freq(3)', but this is not the right expression to address the values which I am looking for.
Any help would be appreciated!
Martijn
