Can anyone help me for designing a lid driven cavity flow in 2D or 3D in comsol? Since am new to this field, i couldnt able to compute in solving the problem because of errotic message showing linear iterations failed to converge.

Hello Sudha,
A common mistake made with interior flow problems is to forget to set a gauge pressure somewhere. Without one, the problem is not well-posed (no unique pressure distribution). So apply a pressure point constraint in one corner of your geometry and see if that's the only problem with your set-up.
Best regards,
Jeff
