Twist 3 D pipe

Hi,
I draw 3 D pipe. After that i want (twist) this pipe with angel (90) but i dont' know the method.
My question: How can i twist this pipe?

You can draw cross section of pie (ellipse) in a workplane and use extrude feature and provide twist angle there.
