Lagrange Multiplier for current densities- Solar cell simulation

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi there,

I have a confusion about how to define Lagrange multiplier in global variables in order to get current densities? If one prefer to use semiconductor model for simple silicon solar cell simulation rather than transport of diluted species or convection diffusion modules, than do we need to define this multiplier or not? How we can conduct results by defining this factor? If anybody would like to answer my question than i ll be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Maria
