Cantilever resonant frenquency

Hello all,
I'm new to COMSOL and we are trying to design a cantilever based MEMS structure. We achieved to solve the displacement and force depending on the voltage applied. We also want to calculate the natural frequency of the cantilever. Could you please attach any files for basic understanding to calculate the natural frequencies of the same.
