how to create a cantiliver tip in 2D ??

I have build a model which looks like my sample (glass surface on top of that polymer coating_PEO-polyethylene oxide on top of that two electrodes_Aluminum) .We are calculating the electrical potential inside PEO so far everything is went well .Now we wanted to calculated the electrical potential above the surface at different tip postions. For this reason i was trying to create a tip by using Bezier polygon but i am unable to do it please help me out in this case.
