Vanadium redox flow battery with flow fields

Hello,
I have created a 2 D model for Voltage driven analysis vanadium redox flow battery with interdigitated flow fields,which works fine with initial time step but then the time dependent solver stops and is not converged.Anyone has any suggestions which I could possibly try.
