Hi

I am going to investigate light distribution in brain layers which is exposed by wavelengths of IR and visible lights and then check their "heat transfer" by "bioheat" section in Comsol.

How can I create ramp , pulsed and sine sources so that I can change their amplitude and duty-cycle and frequency (time duration) myself as inputs in Comsol?

I used wave optics from optics module to study light distribution. Is it correct to use " wave optics" or not, should I used RF module instead? I could not find any example of wave optics and bioheat transfer altogether.

thank you very much beforehand,

Sheida
