How to model fluid flow trough perforated wall

I'm trying to model fluid flow trough a perforated tube, but I'm having trouble, the simulation doesn't run. It seems that the fluid does not recognize the hole pattern. I'll appreciate any advice. Thanks

Please explain more details:

Have you drawn the holes in the tube or are using mass transport in porous media?

Are the tube holes part of the simulation domain?

What kind of boundary conditions are used on the tube wall?
