How to define materials property for carbon fiber composite according to their orientation? Also what material property can we use from material library for composites in version 5.2a?

The Material Library (www.comsol.com/material-library) is an optional add-on product. It seems that the license you use does not include that product. You can check on that by going to File > Used and Licensed Products. You can contact your COMSOL representative (www.comsol.com/contact) to discuss adding the Material Library to your license.
Best regards,
Jeff
