Evaluate on a set of points

Hi, I have an autocad file containing (lots of) points in various locations. I would like to import these points in Comsol and be able to evaluate physical quantities on those points (electric potential for example). I would like these evaluations in a data set or table. How can I do this?
thank you

EDIT: I already run the simulations, so I would like import and do the evaluations in the post processing phase without having to re-run the entire simulation.

Create a 2D or 3D cut point data set depending on your model's space dimension and set "Entry method" to "From file".
