Two port excitation in wave guides

HI,
I have two parallel waveguides and I am trying to assign each of them a different port.
The idea is to have different phases in each waveguide in every computation.
How can I do that?

Under Port properties, immediately underneath the Port input power box you will find a box for Port phase.

Thank you for the quick answer.
I tried that, while assigning one port to each waveguide (every waveguide got its own port) and one output port for both waveguides, and got this message when computing.
What am I doing wrong?
