Symmetry around horizontal axis and selecting the compressibilty for two different fluids

I am trying to model the growth of CO2 bubble in water using 2D axisymmetric geometry. I have chosen two phase level set method for the application. My axisymmetric axis is vertical, however I want to add a symmetry condition around horizontal axis through the diameter(symmetry across the horizontal line in the middle of the circle) as shown in the attachment. I am unable to select the boundry for the symmetry in laminar flow tab. Should I apply symmetry condition in the laminar flow tab or the level set method tab?
CO2 is considered to be weakly compressible and water is incompressible but in the laminar flow tab we can choose the compressibility for only one fluid. How to choose the compressibility for both the fluids that is weakly compressible for CO2 and incompressible for water. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Find attached the screenshot of my model
