Error: Undefined Value Found

I get this error when I was working on the semiconductor module and tried to compute my study.
Error Message:
"Undefined value found.
- Detail: Undefined value found in the equation residual vector.
There are 2 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.Ne.
at coordinates: (4.06349e-005,6.99347e-005,0.00029975), (4.33736e-005,6.63982e-005,0.00029975), ...
There are 2 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.Ph.
at coordinates: (3.69476e-005,7.52034e-005,0.00029925), (4.11509e-005,7.42583e-005,0.0002995), ..."
Can somebody suggest me what to do?
