Angle of polarization for scattering boundary condition in a 3D model

Hello, everyone!
I work with a comsol 5.3. Can you help me to define the angle of a polarization of an incident light. My +z medium is air and -z medium is water. An object is half in the air medium and half in the water medium. I took angle theta with +x axis. I want the light goes from air to water.

thanks.
