Meshing using a meshfile

Hello, is there anybody who has experiences using a meshfile? For a sequence of simulation runs with a growing geometry I create a meshfile (by aid of a matlab code) similar to the mesh file of comsol after mesh export.

The 3d-geometry has 9 boundaries and I set up the faces using the number of domains "n-faces # number of domains".

It runs in x simulations, but now I have the problem, that comsol is doing a face partitioning. I can control the face partioning using "Face partitioning manual", but I don't get the same result I defined in my mesh file.

I'm not able to find out the reason for the face partitioning and I can not prevent comsol to do so in this case.

Is there anybody to give me a hint?
