time-varying current in model

Hi,
I am trying to send a time-varying current through a component i built in COMSOL. Does anyone know how to do this? I cannot use the time-harmonics case because the current should decay with time.
Thanks,
Dan

Hi

If you are doing time depending solving, the variable "t" is defined, so isn't this "just" defining your specific variable(s) as function of "t".

An example of a step

voltage = V0*(t<1)+V1*flc2hs(t-1,0.1)

Or have I missed a point in your question ?

Good luck
Ivar
