Error: The undefined value detected

Hi,

I am doing a structural modeling of MOSFET and I am getting this error:

-The undefined value detected in the residual vector of the equation. There are 174 degrees of freedom returning NaN / Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.Ne. at coordinates: (7.37516e-006,1.52739e-008), (7.42533e-006,1.54129e-008), (7.47544e-006,1.52695e-008), (7.52532e-006,1.49444e-008), (8.22442e-006,1.50544e-008), ...

I appreciate your help.
