Cellular Swelling

Hello,
I'm new to COMSOL and was interested in modeling a cell with a cellular membrane domain swelling due to a difference in concentration inside the cell relative to the outside of the cell. This concentration difference causes an influx of water across the membrane that ultimately leads to an increase in intracellular pressure which results in the cell swelling.
I'm having difficulty setting up/starting off my model and wanted to confirm if I'm heading in the right direction.
For my geometry, I currently have two domains. One representing the intracellular portion of the cell and the other being the cell membrane.
Is using the transport of diluted species, laminar flow, and solid mechanics physics what I need? Or would the membrane physics be more applicable to this case.
I'm having trouble on how to make the membrane deform/swell due to the influx of water/increase in intracellular pressure.
Any help would be greatly appreciataed.
