Coupling diffusion and laminar flow at interfaces

I am trying to set up a simple model for simulating evaporation. Basically I have laminar flow in one domain and vapor diffusion (transport of dilute species) in another domain. How do I setup the mass conservation (continuity) at the the interface of these two domains? Thanks.
