Obtain quality factor over reflection spectrum gained by sweeping specific parameter

I intend to gain a table of Q-factor over different parameter values in my model.By searching experience, I obtained the tutorial named models.woptics.fabry_perot from COMSOL offical website.I have known that the method of determining the resonant frequency and Q factor is to redesign the model into the frequency domain model and stimulate the structure within a certain frequency range, but I think the Q factor in this tutorial is in terms of the energy density v.s. frequency plot. In my simulated reflection spectrum, independent variable is freqency, dependent variable is reflection cofficient, and parametric variable is the specific parameter. There are a sea of resonant curves in my simulated reflection spectrum because it is result of sweeping parameter .So how to employ COMSOL to get a table of Q-factor over reflection spectrum gained by sweeping specific parameter?
Thank you for any help Liu
