issue with the clipped rectangular pulse for input port

Hi there

I am trying to rebuild the RF_microstrip _line_crosstalk, the issue I have is that the rectangular pulse at the Port1 is clipped a little bit, while it has to be the same in amplitude to the generated one as there is just a resistor connected to the Port1, anybody knows what can cause that, please
