how do i get output plot from rectangualr light pulse as input

version 4.0a

I am making a silicon model where am giving 2 anode contacts in it ,as am injecting current of 1A (define as rectangular pulse),i have got the measurements of current with respect to current injection at the anode terminals,how could i get the output waveform with respect to rectangular input.Could anyone suggest me where i went wrong?i need to get the waveform discharge shape (need to get the rise and fall time)because of silicon materials.Please find the attachment.
