Non-zero divergence D field in the RF module

I am solving a TM scattering problem in the RF module. In particular I use "RF module -> In-plane waves -> TM waves -> Harmonic propagation".
I need to solve the inhomogeneous Maxwell equation, so I need to consider a current density vector into the Maxwell-Ampère equation and the relative charge density into the Gauss law for the D field.
It is quite easy to Include the current density vector into the Maxwell-Ampère equation in the weak form. Unfortunately it is not easy at all to include a charge density term in the Gauss law for the D field. No matter what I do, the code always impose that div D=0.
Could you help me to get out of this impasse?
