How to define velocity in 3D model

hi everyone,

i am working on a project that simulates a magnetic railway, and i would like to add an initial value of velocity to the magnet (which defined as a simple rectangle). i tried to add solid mechanics physics but the solution didnt converged. does anyone have an idea of how to solve it without using moving mesh?
