Gas flow into chamber

Hi,

I am new in using comsol. I am working on gas sensor application. I want to simulate the gas flow into the gas chamber to check the diffusion of gas inside the chamber. I read this paper entitled " Design and Optimization of Gas Sensor Testing Chamber" and I think comsol can perform the same simulation.

Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.
