Please help, meshing thin film on glass substrate.

Hi,

I am working with the 30nm thickness aluminum on 500um thickness of glass substrate.

The thickness difference between aluminum and glass made it difficult to mesh with scale factor.

I tried with sweeping but failed.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
