Regarding microwave heating

The following error keeps coming when I try to simulate microwave heating of metals. can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? I'm a beginner.

Check yours input boudary whether is is well defined. Make sure you have approairate material proeprties assigned. Lastly check meshing and first let software auotmaterically set size based on MW frequency. Check the box allowing losses to take into accoutn for meshing.
