same model in matlab, but differents results in comsol

Hi, i'm working with heat transfer in a plate of polyamide 12, which heat flux is reached for a laser beam. i am putting my teorical model in matlab, because my goal is obtain the optimal control of surface temperature in this plate. So that, i'm using bvp4c in matlab for this purpose. My problem is that the results are differents for the same model ( regarding my teorical model in Matlab, and Comsol). Someone have the same problem? i don't know what is it, please i need help :(
