Different steady state solutions for same simulation run multiple times

Hello All,

I am trying to solve a system of reaction diffusion equations using the Coefficient form PDE interface.
The problem I am facing is , when I run the same simulation multiple times , with the same parameters , geometry, system equations, etc. in other words even when I dont change anything in my simulation settings, I get different steady state solutions.

Has any one faced such a problem, or could some one help me fixing this problem.
