2D axisymmetric PML setting

I need to calculate an axisymmetric structure. So I use 2D axisymmetric model. But I found PML in cylindrical axis didn't work well. The structure is a silver circule disk surrounded by PML.Reflectance is serious. How to improve the performance of PML?
PS:The source is set on one plane of PML and is axial symmetrical, thus cylindrical PML is better than sphere PML in this case.
Thank you
