Sessile droplet coalescence in Comsol 5.2 with level set method

In my simulation of sessile droplet coalescence with two phase level set method, from the beginning, one drop start coalescence with other drop, no matter how far the drop is placed from other one. It seems to be a artificial surface is being created in between the two droplets. Can anyone suggest why this thing is happening and what is the remedy to this problem.
