Unable to see Moving interface in mathematics module

Hello guys,

I want to use level set method in moving interface included in mathematics module and after talking to a technical support they also confirmed that level set is included in my license. But moving interface and level set is not showing in Comsol. Unable to find why this is happening and what is the error.

Please help if you have any ideas. Please find the attached image.
