how to plot the specific value vs time? (heat front vs time)

Hi there,

Could you please tell me how to plot the curve of the specific value vs time? Such as the 1D transient heat transfer case (Tinitial=10 deg, Ttop=10 deg, Tbot=-10 deg), if I want to show the position of T = 0 deg vs time, how can I do? I attached the model file. Many thanks!

The depth of 0 degree heat front vs time.
