Contact Impedance

I am building a model to compare the electric field of two different electrodes, one is current controlled and the other voltage controlled. Both electrodes have 4 contacts but only one is active, i.e. 3 are set to floating potential and one to either voltage or current.
My problem is that I need to consider the impedance of the active contact and at the same time set a voltage (or current) for that contact itself.
Does somebody have any idea? Thanks in advance!
