Particles removed from simulation

While simulating in Particle Tracing for Fluid Flow, I encountered with a warning saying: "Some particles have been removed from the simulation because of a failure in finding the wall intersection." It happened in the beginning of a consecutive series of Time Dependent studies in which the last time step of every study is the first for the next.

I'd greatly appreciate if anyone can help me with this problem to know why it's happened.
