Hello,
Yes, it is most certain possible to generate many other plots than the ones that are created by defalt by the software. This can be done by adding a plot group, and within this new plot group adding plot nodes of whichever type you need (in your can, it sounds like you'll want to add a streamline plot node). Plot groups can include several plot nodes; this allows you to combine several types of information on the same graphics.
In addition to the software's manuals, which you can access through File > Help > Documentation, you will find video tutorials on postprocessing in the COMSOL Learning Center. Some advanced postprocessing techniques are also demonstrated in the Postprocessing and Visalization Handbook, Part 1 and 2.
