The Relative residual Error Is Greater Than The Relative Tolerance

I try to modeling the solidification of binary alloys of metal and I get Always this message (Nonlinear solve did not coverge). with: The Relative residual (2.9e+06) Is Greater Than The Relative Tolerance. Last time step is not converged, After many changes to the parametre I got a same message with only defference in Relative residual, Can anyone help me to eliminate this errors, I would be grateful for the help, Thanks
