Adding cycling effect to a LIB battery model

Hi

I have been able to model a battery model using Coefficient Form PDE. I have generated a solution, but I want to add cycling effect to the model and study.

I want to generate the results after a number of cycles and I am stuck. Can anyone guide me through this.
