Plasmonic Waveguide Analysis.

Dear all,
I am a beginner in this software. I am trying to get the numerical solutions of a typical plasmonic waveguide, consisting of a thin film sandwiched between the cladding and a substrate (like a metal- dielectric-metal (M-D-M) configuration). How can I plot the TM mode electric and magnetic field profiles, where field amplitude in the ‘y’ axis versus the thickness of the structure in ‘x’ axis?
Does anyone have experience in simulating such problems? Any advice about how to do this?
