Quay for solution convergence.

1) when I am simulating swril flow (chns), I am getting following massage , kindly help. In many cases I got some way.

Error: failed to a solution:
No convergence, even when using minimum damping factor.
Returned solution has not converged.


2) IN other 2D axisymmetric problem I got following massage when I am increasing inlet velocity.
Error: failed to a solution:
The relative residual (2.5) is greater then the relative tolerance.
Returned solution has not converged.
